Cottonwood Bay Resort is located right in the heart of the Cariboo. You get there from Highway 97, and turn east at 93 Mile and drive 32 miles on Highway 24. From Yellowhead Highway 5, turn west at Little Fort onto Highway 24 and drive 32 miles west. The resort is located on Bridge Lake. You can see it from the highway.
Bridge Lake is approximately 5 miles long and 2 miles wide, with dephts ranging from very shallow to almost 300 feet deep. It’s irregular shoreline provides many interesting bays and coves.The lake has 26 scattered islands for exploring or secluded picnic. One island is an inland refuge for the Bonaparte gulls while another is home base for bald-headed eagles. You can catch kokanee, lake trout and rainbow.

The cabins are right at the water’s edge with woodstoves, sinks, dishes, cutlery and electric outlets.
The trailer sites are with power and water hookups and are available either shaded by trees or in the full sun.
